Leigh Baldwin
Co-Founder & CEO
Leigh leads VonBell Homes with a clear vision, building a seamless and consistent pathway of care that supports children and young people from their first placement through to adulthood.

Carmen Kiffin-Drackett
Carmen has over 40 years’ experience working with children, young people and families across social care, education, supported housing and early years. She has held senior roles including Senior Service Manager, Registered Manager, Responsible Individual and safeguarding specialist, with experience setting up and managing residential services. Carmen is also a Director and Senior Consultant, holds a NVQ Level 4 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services, and was nominated for Children’s Homes Registered Manager of the Year for her impact on delivering high-quality care.
RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL
Katy Jones
Katy is a qualified social worker with extensive experience in residential care, having successfully managed a home as a Registered Manager supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. She holds an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services, with additional study in autism and emotional and behavioural disorders. Katy has worked across child protection, fostering and youth services, and most recently as a Senior Support Worker supporting 16–17-year-olds within a supported accommodation setting.
